Pricing $70 per hour.

Please be aware pricing can be negotiated depending on the level of fear or their medication requirements. Each grooming session is based on what each individual dog and their needs. Grooming sessions will not go for more then 3 hours depending on the type of groom requested. Some dogs may need a lot of visits before a full bath and cut can be performed.

Terms of Service
Cancellations
Cancellation must be made within 24 hours if possible. Although, I understand that emergency happen, if you could please give me enough time prior to your appointment.
Inclement Weather
Family Pet Education will do walks in rain or shine. I do, however, take your dog’s safety and health very seriously. If the weather becomes too hot (32 C and above) to walk in or a thunderstorm has been predicted for the day I will implement our inclement weather policy. You will be notified at either 5pm the day before your appointment or the morning of if the weather has been updated. I can still offer some in home play, so your dog gets some exercise for the day. Please call for more information.
Payment Options
I accept PayPal, Cash and Bank Transfer. Please contact for more information. I use an invoice system called Wave.com. You can also pay via credit card through the invoice system.
Key Storage
When you become a regular customer a copy of your gate/door key is need for home access to your pet. All keys are kept in a secure coded box and are number coded. The keys are kept separate from all client information and do not have house details on them.
Equipment
Pet Vaccinations and Health
I only assume that your pet is up to date with their vaccinations and health checks. I take no responsibility if your pet becomes ill whilst in my care. Please disclose all health issues you are aware of two Family Pet Education, so I can look after your pet. I will work with you to make a management plan to assist your pet with their health issues.
I use both Black Dog Wear and Puppingtons walking equipment. I have front attach walking harnesses in all sizes and soft flat collars in all sizes. On our first meeting I will measure your pooch to get the right fitted equipment before our first walk.
